Returns & Exchange

I am happy to accept returns or exchanges if the item is still in brand new condition, this will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt.

The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once I have received the item, exchange or refund can be arranged.

Custom or bespoke pieces are non refundable.

I currently ship to Ireland, the UK, USA and Canada only.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, with free delivery on orders over €60 within Ireland, and over €120 to the UK, USA and Canada.

Due to new requirements under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), I am unfortunately unable to offer shipping to other EU countries at this time. As a small independent business, the additional registration and compliance requirements involved make shipping to these destinations unfeasible for now. I hope to be able to offer EU shipping again in the future.

International customers may be required to pay additional import duties, taxes or VAT upon receipt of their order. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in your order or shipping costs.

Care

Store in a clean, dry place. Please do not store in the bathroom. Avoid contact with oils, creams, perfumes etc. Do not wear while swimming or showering.

Polymer clay is very durable but may break or scratch if bent or stored loose in your handbag.

To clean clay with no inclusions, rub gently with a soft, wet cloth. You can use a tiny drop of nail polish remover if required. If the piece has any inclusions like foil or pigment, please just use a soft wet cloth. Brass may tarnish over time, easily rectified with a soft cloth and a drop of vinegar.

Please bear in mind the handmade nature of the pieces, slight variations may occur.

Hardware

All earring posts are hypoallergenic stainless steel and are double reinforced to ensure longevity. All earring hooks are 925 sterling silver.

Every piece is lightweight and easy to wear so these earrings are kind to your skin and ears.

Sustainability

All packaging is eco friendly, recycled or recyclable.

I work in small batches, made to order. Therefore producing only what’s needed rather than mass manufacturing. This keeps waste low and ensures each piece is made with intention.

I operate a zero waste policy. All clay scraps are reused to form the base of future designs. Any cured pieces that do not pass QC are also saved and reused to prototype.

I use high quality, durable components and will repair or replace pieces where possible to extend their life.

My approach is simple: make thoughtfully, waste as little as possible, and create pieces to be worn, loved and kept.
